Get your body moving with a yoga class with Stacey at My Body’s Language Yoga & Healing Arts and as you end your session and move into Savasana (corpse pose) enjoy a Sound Bath with me to help move any stuck energy and amplify your relaxation!
The yoga class is suitable for all levels.
